Ember & Salt was born from one conviction: Nigerian cuisine deserves its global moment — not as a tourist attraction, but as a serious culinary force. We cook with fire because fire has always been where our food begins.
Every dish on our menu traces back to a grandmother's kitchen, a roadside suya spot, a palm wine evening in the Niger Delta. We just gave it a room worthy of the meal.
